With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs in a single user account. This is achievable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other hosting CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 autonomous logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web site names in one single account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups do not present such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and as a consequence they call for TWO separate user logins: 1 domain administration/billing/support account and 1 website administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
